The airline was formed and rebranded from the former bankrupt Gulfstream International Airlines in 2010 by possessing its assets. Flight Changes
- Rescheduling the ticket for the same day, Same class, and include the same origin and destination will cost a fee of $39.
- Rescheduling the ticket for the same day, Any class (available when same fare class is sold out on the new flight.) but must include the same origin and destination will cost a fee of $99.
Pet Travel
For just $49 one way (domestic & international both) passengers can carry their pets on board. Conditions include that the carrier must fit under the seat in the front and be carried in the container not more than 17” L x 16” W x 9” H in size. Only 1 animal per container is allowed, except that 2 kittens or 2 puppies that are under 10 weeks, or 2 household birds in a single container. The maximin number of pets per aircraft is 10.
For “qualified individual with a disability” & trained service animal with proper documentation is allowed for free in the cabin.
Online check-in
Online & Mobile Check-in and print of boarding pass opens 24 hours prior to flight time and is available until 1 hour before departure for domestic flights and 2 hours for international flights.
